Building the Center

The Arizona Arthritis Center is centrally located within the Arizona Health Sciences Center and addresses two key priorities that make it one of only eight such research facilities in the country:
1.) The development of laboratory space for nationally recognized basic research programs in immunology/rheumatology and metabolic bone disease. The space houses 16 labs on two floors with outstanding support facilities.
2.) The development of administrative, conference and teaching facilities.

The benevolence of caring individuals and community groups
made this construction possible.
