Objectives
Participant should be able to:

Recognize the difference between low trauma fractures that occur in osteoporosis and those associated with prolonged use of bisphosphonate

Appreciate the potential reasons for developing diaphyseal fractures associated with bisphosphonates

Recognize patients who are at risk for sustaining these fractures and develop a strategy for prevention
