Objectives
Participant should be able to:
1. Describe PH and PAH; heterogeneity of the PH diagnosis.

2. Discuss the typical use of echo-Doppler exam in the screening, diagnosis of PH in rheumatology patients; pearls and pitfalls

3. Explain methods of detecting PAH outside the echo and cath.

4. Recognize more refined use of the echo-doppler exam to detect PAH.
